These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of printed books offered by Kozo Édition via its website to private customers.
Any order placed implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The books are described with the greatest care. Images and descriptions are provided for information purposes only.
All content is protected by copyright.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included.
Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.

4. Order

The order becomes final after cart validation, acceptance of the terms, and payment confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online using the secure payment methods available on the website.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Kozo Édition cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Returns and refunds

Any return must be notified in advance.
Refunds are issued after receipt and verification of the returned product.

9. Defective products

In the event of a damaged or non-compliant product, an appropriate solution will be offered.

Personal data is used solely for order processing.
